Making Emergency Contact with peebs.net

The way the system works is simple: you tell us what your situation is and give us a way to contact you. If you are a woman, we will ensure that you are contacted only by female Helpers.

Time Zones

This site covers several time-zones and it is therefore important that you tell us which time zone you are in if this is an Emergency situation. It becomes even more important if you need someone to contact you as quickly as possible either by email or by telephone.

For you or someone else?

If you personally are in crisis, then click the ‘I need Help personally’ box. Tell us briefly in the Message area what kind of assistance you need and why. A Telephone number is vital. Someone will contact you.

If you know of someone that needs contact urgently, then click the ‘Someone I know needs Help’ box – and provide all necessary contact information in the Message area. Please provide contact information for yourself so that the designated Helper can gain extra information if needed.

This is a CRISIS?

If you or someone you know is in danger of hurting themselves then this is vital information and please click the ‘This is a CRISIS‘ box.

We would ask you to then immediately call the police or other local authority to assist. Someone will contact you as soon as this message gets through, but we want you or your contact to remain safe.

Helper Network

If you are a member of the Exclusive Brethren and need Help or Sanctuary, there are many people who would consider it a joy and an honor to help you. Despite what you may have been told, you are not alone! The peebs.net Helper Network has over 140 homes and people who are literally just a telephone call away.

They will respect your confidence and will protect your identity. They have offered to help in a variety of ways and all listed have direct experience with the cult – you won’t have to explain a thing!

We have Helpers who can help financially and also with employment. We know that the Exclusive Brethren refuse to provide references and we know the the Exclusive Brethren have denied you educational opportunities.

Under 18?

We are sorry, but we are unable to assist anyone under the age of 18 – unless you are a victim of physical or sexual abuse. If you are under 18 and are a victim of abuse, contact us in complete confidence for a list of specialized contacts. We do not need your full name, just the town and country you live in, your first name and your age. Contact us at info@peebs.net or by completing the Priority Contact form.
