Why? Probably because of their refusal to use French letters!!!
In one of the CBC TV clips regarding the Montreal custody battle, the reporter spoke to a HEB member who stated that they are going to try to get government funding for their school in the future.
Whatever the French gov'ts reason is should be stated front and center for other gov'ts to consider.
MILVUDES, the French quasi-gov't anti-cult watch group, has flagged the HEB's as a CULT plain and simple.
Every year they prepare a report for the French gov't. The most recent report available is 2010.

The HEB's have been raked over the coals in previous editions and the French gov't does not look to favorably to the HEB.
Is there anyway of getting that report in English ?
The 2010 report of MIVILUDES has nothing in it about the EB. The 2005 report was the last to say much about them. The French version is at http://www.miviludes.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/Rapport_MIVILUDES_2005-2.pdf
Someone at that time posted a translation of the parts most relevant to EB on peebs.net. I suppose it could be found again and posted again.

Can someone tell us in which court and where this happened? Cour d'assises or cour d'appel? Did it happen in Lyon?
