God wouldn’t allow Paul to fail, because of the investment that Christ had in the testimony.
So there was no way that Paul, could fail, because that would be like Christ failing, you see. Because the Lord was in heaven, keeping Paul alive, and He wouldn’t have allowed, even if Paul had any propensity to fail, or some possibility , the Lord wouldn’t- He could keep him from failure.
he [JSH] said what he’d come to is that it was impossible that the Lord’s servant [JTJr] could fail. He was absolutely, he’d come to it, he’d obviously got a clear light from the Lord, that the Lord would not allow His servant to fail.
So as far as failure was concerned, Aberdeen, to our beloved brother [JSH], it wasn’t even a consideration. Prejudice has been defined as making up your mind before you have enough facts. A fundamentalist has been defined as someone who has stopped listening, and refuses to believe that he might possibly be wrong. BDH has just accused his father of being thoroughly guilty of both of these failings. It seems he made up his mind before he had any facts at all, and then refused to face the facts. And BDH thinks that is good!
