How can such comments be uttered in view of the tradgedy that was experienced at this time, and as is so heart renderingly portrayed in this book that i purchased from a mainstream retailer??? cant the EB’s ever do anything right? I thought this book was a huge step forward. C’mon praise were praise is due!!!

The Taxation Department should really have a very close look at EB business practices! All businesses have multiple small businesses of different names registered to the same address. All directors and partners have multiple discretionary trust funds which allow filtering funds to any number of trusts, super funds, accounts, other business’s and their schools, making the money trail hard to trace. Plenty of VERY suspect activity that appears to be immune to scrutiny because of the religious background.

Interesting how the book states that profits will be donated… I’d like to see some form of proof that there have been any ‘profits’ that were donated to the CFA…

The whole thing was probably run at a loss on the books of the EB that published it, and therefore the CFA have probably received absolutely nothing.

I know that the EB regularly visit Renshaw Dawson Lang Chartered Accountants to get their finances done. They rely on these accountants, who are sympathetic to their cause, to get as many tax breaks as possible from the Australian taxpayer. This includes claiming deductions on the Glenvale school Building Fund.

When preparing the accountants for the EB, especially Self Managed Super Funds, they are internally audited by the firm so that no ‘outsider’ will be able to detect contraventions.
