Date & Comments: My home town is Picton, NSW, about 1.5 hours drive south west of Sydney. I left
home in 1989 and came straight to Cairns to have a break and to try and get life into a
"real" perspective. Nothing can replace the family I left behind and the friends I grew
up with that are still in the church and I guess that's why I looked on the Internet to
see whether there [was] much information under Plymouth Brethren. I was at a friend's
place the other day, checking out the net, and noticed that there is a re-union planned
for July 98 at Niagara Falls. Would love to be there but it's highly unlikely at this
stage.

on the net, imagine my suprise to find all these web sites for Ex Peebs.
My first question is, How do you find all this information out? because I came out in 1979, and find it impossible to get to know what's happening. Has anyone managed to get the EB's meeting rooms bugged? All my family are still inside, and I'm told that I won't even be notified when either of my parents die.
As they are not allowed computers, I find it mind boggling that they will not have a clue that all this info is on the net.

Would be pleased to hear from any ex members who are glad to be out. Those who think they are born again, and think they have a pure heart, needn't bother, I now worship in the Church of England, and enjoy it.

We were local in ENFIELD, until July 94, when we were shut-up over our 2 boys the 4
girls left home, (2nd daughter was already married to Paul Reeves from Bexley, Kent, and had
3 children according to our last news.) 3 girls came back home in stages, the eldest still
lives with her grandfather (widowed in Jan 98) about 4 miles away. Most of us have been
withdrawn from in "stages" since, except 1 son (21 - at UNIVERSITY!!!) and youngest girl
(17) both shut-up but not visited for months. Look forward to news of others we knew
